Cassava Cupcake Recipe


Dry meat: 300 grams;

Cassava: 500 grams;

Green banana biomass: ½ cup;

Egg: 1 unit;

Salt: to taste;

Parsley and chives:  to taste.

Preparation Mode:

  1. Cook and crush the dried meat.
  2. Cook and knead yucca.
  3. Mix all the ingredients.
  4. Make balls and put them on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
